Standing is earned.
Never granted.
Members hold a tier, a fixed rate, and a reputation computed from what they actually delivered. Work routes by that record. Nobody enters near the top, nobody buys their way up, and nobody advances by bringing other people in.
The operator doing real work
from a place the world underestimates.
The person with the skill, the judgment, and the discipline — who never had the infrastructure to match. The ones who will build the next economy if someone hands them the right tools first.
If you already know how to work and what you've been missing is structure — a system that shows the steps, orders them, names the price before you start, and makes sure you get paid for what you delivered — this was built for you. Read the rules below and you'll either recognize yourself or you won't. Both answers are the right answer.
Four roles.
One ladder.
Every member starts at Apprentice. Your rate is fixed and disclosed to you in writing before you accept anything — and it does not change mid-engagement.
You move up by
doing the work.
Standing is a record of what you actually delivered — whether the work shipped, whether it was on time, and whether you kept it up. It is calculated the same way for everyone, and you can see where you stand at any time.
Offered, not assigned.
Peers by lane,
not by rank.
Members holding equal standing within a shared lane of work constitute a node. The distinction between peers is the lane they run — not a hierarchy over one another. Work supply and labor supply both count toward standing inside a node.
Each node operates within its own radius, on the same principles, along a shared spine. A node that demonstrates the method earns the right to extend the network — and the math ensures no node can corrupt another.
Who decides what.
Decisions that carry consequence are made by people, not by software. Nothing automated sets your pace, supervises you, or disciplines you.
Come in at the bottom.
Climb on the record.
Everyone starts provisional. Tell us what you can actually do and what you want to be doing — the network tests capability in small executions where strength and preference show up, then widens the pathway where you perform and keep preferring the work.
